All returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization code (RMA). To have a code issued, view your order from your online account and choose "New RMA".
If you cannot find your information call our office and will will be happy to help! Please note, returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped* to us within 15 days of receipt of the RMA number.
