Over a year of research, design and development has created the most exciting new lighting option for the Polaris Slingshot, the DDMworks Limelights single color LED’s. These are the only single color LED strips to combine multiple new features in one package. New features include, exterior colors that blend with the Slingshot during the day, double core design, narrow width and unmatched brightness when lit.
Besides great looks, we developed a double core design which provides the strongest protection from rocks and road debris. Other strips can be easily damaged by rocks, but our double core design creates multiple layers of protection to keep the LED’s lighting up even after multiple hits. We were able to shrink the size of the strips to a super thin 7mm wide or about 30% narrower than typical LED strips. This exclusive narrow size allows you to make tighter bends and fit the strips into places other strips just can’t go. We coat all of the strips with a proprietary smooth coating. This coating has a satin finish that helps to repel dust and dirt, keeping your strips looking great between washes. All strips come with 3M™ VHB double sided tape already installed on the back of the strip for a strong hold that will not easily come off. All of our single color strips feature 480 LED’s per meter, almost 6 times more than other strips making them the brightest around.
