The DDMWorks silicone intake tube connects between the factory air box or aftermarket intake to the engine throttle body. The silicone tube has a smooth finish on the inside which helps to promote a higher velocity air charge. Our silicone intake tube replaces the corrugated and ribbed factory inlet hose reducing the turbulence of the air going into the throttle body and helping to increase the air flow velocity.
Installation of the intake tube takes about an hour with simple hand tools.
FITS: 2002-2006 Mini Cooper S with 6 speed manual transmission only
Red or Black silicone available
