Nice!
Got this before Christmas, with the heat shield. I ripped the old air intake sock out of my fender, which was the hardest part of the install. The quality and fitment is excellent. Its noisy as hell (thats why we get them, isn't it?), but not obtrusive. The heat shield does double duty, as it stops the road grime from flying up all over and into the filter (a problem I have with a CAI on a different car in the gross and sloppy Canadian winter conditions). The fitment is literally as good as you can ask for. Must be doing something, but I did a turbo back exhaust, racer X intake manifold, LNF throttle body and a new turbo, all at the same time, so what that something is, I can't quantify. That being said, well built, beautiful and quality materials. Absolutely no regrets.

Cold air intake
Overall good product. Only had 2 problems....the rod that holds the hood up needed to be bent some to avoid resting on the MAF connector and the MAF pigtail has to make a sharp 90 to plug into the MAF. Wires are loose now so I need a new pigtail. Other than thought the intake does exactly what it should.
