These Terms apply only to orders you place using the DDMWorks Store. If you elect to purchase from other online retailers, using links provided on www.DDMWorks.com product pages, orders placed with those vendors may be subject to different terms.
Order Validation and Acceptance

When you place an order through the DDMWorks Store, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the DDMWorks Store is an offer to purchase our products or services. DDMWorks may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by DDMWorks until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Electronic Communication

When you place an order through the DDMWorks Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that DDMWorks will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Product Display/Colors
|
DDMWorks attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors/finishes and most up to date photos of the products shown on the Site. However because we are the colors/finishes you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, DDMWorks cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product colors/finishes.

Pricing and Product Information

DDMWorks makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to DDMWorks’s products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to DDMWorks’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to DDMWorks’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with DDMWorks, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, DDMWorks will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Prices that appear on the site are DDMWorks Store prices unless otherwise indicated. DDMWorks Store prices are not intended to represent the price of DDMWorks products at other retail stores. Prices at other retail stores are set by the retailer.

Payment and Shipment

You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards, issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® cards. Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed that day, and shipped the following business day.
In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if DDMWorks declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, DDMWorks will process a refund.
Canellations, Refunds and Core Returns
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, DDMWorks will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, DDMWorks will issue a refund.
- Cancelled orderes are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Products returned not related to product quality require a restocking fee of 15% . Product must be new, in working condition and resalable
NOTE: As of January 1, 2007, the DDMWorks store price protection policy applies only to permanent price changes. Regrettably, we cannot honor requests for credits if an item's price is lowered temporarily for a sale or other special limited-time offer.
