All returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization code (RMA). To have a code issued, view your order from your online account and choose "New RMA".
If you cannot find your information call our office and will will be happy to help! Please note, returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, returns must be shipped to us within 15 days of receipt of the RMA number.
- Fulfillment mistakes: WHOOPS! Human error, we shipped the wrong item! Please contact us right away so we can get the correct item to you ASAP! Shipment of incorrect product will be accepted for return, refund or exchange 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Defective items: Not happy with the fit or finish? If you are not happy, we are not happy! We will gladly accept the return, refund or exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Ordered wrong item: Hey, it happens! Contact us within 30 days of your initial order and we will help you find the part you need and get it on it's way to you. If we do not offer a part that fits your vehicle we will happily set up a return and refund.
- Custom parts/items/finishes: Products made to customer specifications, custom, can not be returned.
- Used parts: Used items cannot be refunded but can be returned for warranty work if eligible. If you have questions, please contact us to see if your product is eligible for warranty work.
To return a product purchased from DDMWorks, apply for your RMA number online or via phone/email.
Ship the package back to us within 15 days of receipt of the RMA number, be sure to follow the instructions included with your RMA notice!
